In this protocol, AIM Lab provides a detailed “how-to” for how to organize accessible events. As stated in our Manifesto, our understand of access is broad, multidimensional and intersectional. We have come up with this document through systemic research, individual reflections and collective conversations around our past experiences in various events. Our hope is that future events organizers (both within and outside of the university) will use this document and work towards making their events accessible.
